Orange Coldline

A complete ordering and delivery platform that replaced a JotForm order form. Customers order online, businesses get their own order links, deliveries are planned and run from a phone, and supplier orders and invoices write themselves.

  • Customer orderingProduct grid with a live cart, minimum-order rules, and a faster path for returning customers.
  • Business ordersEach business gets its own order link, with standing orders and WhatsApp sharing.
  • DeliveryA delivery calendar, printable run sheets, and a mobile "today" mode for the driver.
  • Vendor managementCustomer orders roll up into supplier purchase orders, with vendor details and order history.
  • Admin and analyticsOrders, customers, products, reports, PDF invoices, payment reminders and branded email.
